We recognize the competitive benefits of investing in the sub-institutional sized real estate market and we focus on acquisitions in the $1MM-$20MM offering range not targeted by REITs and large institutions.

- Southern California: Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, San Diego County
- Northern California: Marin County, San Joaquin County, City of San Francisco, Alameda County, City of Sacramento
Acquisition Requirements
- $1,000,000 to $20,000,000 transaction size
- Multi-Family or Mixed-Use with a Residential Component
- Minimum of 16 Units
- Asset Quality: C+ or better
- Location Quality: B or Better
- Will Consider Portfolios
- Will consider Assumable Existing Financing
- Will Consider Seller Financing
