We recognize the competitive benefits of investing in the sub-institutional sized real estate market and we focus on acquisitions in the $1MM-$20MM offering range not targeted by REITs and large institutions.

  • Southern California: Los Angeles County, Orange County
  • Northern California: Marin County, San Joaquin County, City of San Francisco, Alameda County, City of Sacramento

Acquisition Requirements

  • $500,000 to $20,000,000 transaction size
  • RESIDENTIAL – Single Family, Condo, Multi-Family or Mixed-Use with a Residential Component
  • Asset Quality: C+ or better
  • Location Quality: B or Better
  • Will Consider Portfolios
  • Will consider Assumable Existing Financing
  • Will Consider Seller Financing
