ADVERTISE UNTIL SOLD

We are committed to advertising all of our REO listings every week until sold. We have found that a significant percentage of our listings are sold by out-of-the area agents so to best serve our Client’s interests we submit our REO listings to five separate Southern California Multiple Listing Services (MLS) within one business day. Through our participation in multiple MLS’s, our Listings are exposed to thousands of Realtors in Los Angeles, the South Bay, San Fernando Valley, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, the Conejo Valley, the Tri-City’s (Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena), and Orange County.

Our REO properties will have additional exposure by our participation in the latest internet data exchange program (IDX) in the real estate industry. Participating brokers share listing information on their websites to maximize exposure to potential buyers.

In addition to our commitment to list every REO on five separate MLS’s, each of our listings is given exposure on ALL of the following websites:

Because the Los Angeles Times has been shown to be an effective print marketing tool for us, it serves as our premiere print advertising venue. If appropriate, we will use the Los Angeles Times in order to provide a print media presence in addition to maximum internet exposure.

Our most important marketing source, however, remains the relationships we’ve built with hundreds of agents and investors all over California.
