To best serve your interests we submit the listing information to the various database websites within two business days.

We also market your property on five separate Southern California Multiple Listing Services (MLS). Through our participation in multiple MLS’s, our multifamily listings are exposed to thousands of Realtors in Los Angeles, the South Bay, San Fernando Valley, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, the Conejo Valley, the Tri-City’s (Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena), and Orange County.

To go along with our internet marketing, we create a customized print & email campaign designed to generate the maximum amount of exposure and interest from potential buyers. We have the capability and expertise to maximize your marketing budget.
